A2P Registration Terms & Conditions


These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the A2P phone registration services ("Services") provided by Kinetic Marketing Systems ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Registration

1.1 To access the Services, you must register with accurate and complete information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

8.1 We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
